Allergy season here is brutal - and there are two - spring AND autumn. I've been here 5 years from New England and my tolerance has built up somewhat, but I have to either choose a lot of staying inside or a lot of sneezing and/or antihistamines. I suppose if I forked over the cash for some sorta hepa air filters it might help but I'm too stingy.

I have gotten secondary infections that required heavy antibiotics due to depressed immune system during allergy season. It can be pretty harsh here.

Yup. If you live here you get used to a chorus of snorting, hacking, coughing, wheezing, etc. during allergy seasons, not to mention the obligatory small talk over coffee in the break room:

Worker: These allergies are HORRIBLE.

Me: Mm-hmm.

Worker: My eyes are so RED and ITCHY and my nose is all stuffed up!

Me: I hear ya.

Worker: We could really use some rain to come and clear this gunk out of the air!

Me: Yep.

I would suggest not yo move... We have moved here in 2011 from St. Louis from them my son who was doing obsoletely fine without any asthma or any other issues has started having trouble from the time we moved here... Getting hospitalized and on all sort of controller medicines... And nothing is helping... I would not to move... We are suffering and planning to move away to florida... Because I read that Florida is a good place for asthmatics...
