As a builder. Good/bad/mediocre? I realize this is a way open-ended question, but wondering if anybody has any info.

Folks, remember that the TOS does not allow consumer complaints. If you have one, send it via DM.

Since Mr Perry passed away I've not seen them build in DFW in the last few years, just around Houston. Where are they building ?

You probably won't get much feedback here. They built quite a few home 10-20 years ago but not recently.

Edit: Looking at their website, they are no longer in the DFW market.

These were houses that were built in the early 90's. Nothing too detailed, just wondering if anybody had heard general rep good/bad/indifferent. A friend had said some positive things about them recently and it appears at least a few homes built nearby were Perry.

They are a very good builder in Houston, so I have no reason to believe they would not be here in DFW area as well. I worked for a large Master Planned Community Developer in Houston and Perry along with David Weekly were production builders we liked to see build in each of our communities.
