Hello Everyone! It looks like our family will be relocating to Texas so my husband can work at the Coppel, Texas Amazon Fulfillment Center and after looking at apartments, I have no idea where to start. We'd like to be close to the warehouse <= 20 minute drive or less, we'd prefer a 3 bedroom and need to keep it at $1300/month for rent alone. We have 2 babies, so school district isn't a huge deal right now since living in an apartment is just temporary. I work from home, so commuting is not an issue for me. Thanks in advance!

Budget? Size? Amenities? Schools an issue?

There's a couple of apartment complexes around and to the north of grapevine mills mall. That's just minutes away from the new amazon distribution center.

There's also a few apartments in Coppell to check out.

Maybe Cypress Waters in south Coppell? They're brand new. Might be too loud though for the kiddos since they're still under construction.

Either way, good luck and welcome to Texas!

Grapevine is a great location for you. Flower Mound would work, too. You may be able to find a house for rent in Flower Mound. Look on zillow.com
