Oaks White Rock is completely full. A friend went there recently looking for a studio or 1 br. If the OP is considering San Mateo and The Coronado, maybe The Vineyards could be an option too? (Ferguson and Lakeland)

Yeah, just looked at the Oaks for my sister and they were teeny tiny, and no where near $700!

Try Power Properties. They have several complexes on Gaston and Swiss and other nearby streets. They are just outside of Lakewood. I had a nice sized 1 bedroom for about $800, gated parking, big kitchen and bedroom.
