Get a toll pass. It will save you about 30-50% by the time you figure in extra fees.

They put a $40 charge on your CC then when you get down to about $5 in your account, they'll add about another $40 charge.

How does it work, do I pay a fixed amount, or is it by how many times I go through and billed each month?
Is it cheaper or the same to use the toll pass?
You pay for each tolling point you go through.

It is cheaper go use a tolltag than to the the video billing, ie zipcash.

That commute is with traffic - so it will be 30 min or so during rush hour.

Order the tags online now before you move so you have them. Keep your plate info and address current.

Thanks TX.

I will make sure to get a tolltag.
That commute time is nothing, I do that plus more here in STL.

Thanks everyone!

What would the commute be like going from Plano to Microsoft in Irving?
Have you looked into Irving? The northern part is really nice, and it would be a much easier and cheaper commute. The east side of Plano to Irving is a long trip on George Bush. That tollway gets backed up during rush hour too.
