Do a search and you will find all you can read about Grand Homes. Not much on Standard Pacific which I takes as good or at least not bad. Remember the search function is your friend.

Standard Pacific...no brainer. We have friends that bought from SP and they are really happy with their home. Definately do yourself a BIG favor and do a search here on "Grand Homes" you will see other peoples experiences with them.
