I am hoping to get some insight from residents, former residents, and anyone who either knows someone or at least legitimately knows something about the Coronado Village townhome community in Stonebridge Ranch.

I think your best bet would be to go there and ask the residents directly if they enjoy living there. I'm one of the McKinney posters on this site, I don't think anyone on here has actually lived there, at least among current forum posters.

I appreciate it. I think that's a good idea. I was hoping maybe someone else in Stonebridge Ranch or just on the forum maybe has a friend or family member who lives there/lived there or maybe a realtor who is familiar with the builder?

Good builder, very responsive after move in. Well maintained, quiet safe neighborhood - some children. I know someone living there and they are happy.
