Central Market has it all, except the Sushi knife. You can order a decent one on Amazon for next to nothing.

Central market has the Eel, crawfish, Krab and tuna in the frozen meat section.
Avocado, mango, Cucumber, Carrots, etc -- obviously in the produce section.
The rest (bamboo wrapper thing, seaweed wrap, powdered wasabi, Sushi rice, Sushi vinegar, Sriracha, etc ) is in the Asian foods section.

Is sushi grade "fresh" fish what these places are selling? Also is this fish "super-frozen" to kill worms? More or less all restaurant sushi is quick frozen to way below zero in order to kill worms.

I always thought the same thing, EDS. Frozen to kill worms.

To the OP - I'm sure Kazy's on Markville near Greenville and 635 still sells sushi grade fish and seafood.

They still sell the freshest fish to local restaurants and they have decent prices. They also have a little market to purchase your supplies.
