My wife and I are trying to decide on an early 2000's home in Starwood or a new home in Stonebrook Crossing (Khov or Shaddock). The Starwood homes we have seen would need some additional money to update, but we understand it is a great gated community. Stonebrook Crossing seems to be in a good area at the corner of Stonebrook and Teel. We are new to the area and currently leasing. Would like to hear your thoughts and input??? We have two kids with one soon to start elementary school.
