Being general here:decades really, south of I20 70s, south of green oaks 80s, south of sublett 90s extreme south bordering Mansfield is now nearly built out and almost entirely cookie cutterville. 360 will be toll road south of I20 very soon, keep that in mind for longer term. 360 is generally a nightmare everyday no matter the time anyhow
