Hi, I have been trying to move to a house in Coppell for last 2 yrs. Just houses didn't work out or had gotten outbid and I have only seen the prices go high. Anyways, I came across a nearly 20 yr old house near town center area for $450K and near Coppell High for about $490K. I am really not sure whether to buy nearly 20 yr old house for this price or wait for WestHeaven community and get a new house for around price. The only concern in the new WestHeaven community is it's going to have Town Homes, Patio Homes along with Single Family homes and also having access only on one side. They haven't released any pricing or plan info yet. They say it is from $300k-$500K. Does any of you have any idea or prediction on how this community is going to come up with these different types of properties. Also which one would you suggest, buying an old house vs buying a new house in this community. Any feedback, ideas, thoughts would be much appreciated. I am trying to make a decision before I loose these houses as well. Very stressful. Thank you all.
