What's the best place to get these for a new house? What material/type is best for an east west facing house?? I don't want to spend alot. Thanks!!

I went to Home Depot and got my Levelor blinds for about 20% less than Blinds.com I'd check out them out before ordering online. Also when my landlord replaced the blinds in my last house it took them about 3 weeks to get them to her rather than the week quoted.
