Since decisions will be mailed out March 7th, we are anxiously awaiting the next few weeks. Are acceptance letters like college acceptance letters, meaning bigger envelopes = good news and letter size envelopes= bad news?

We get letters. Standard envelopes for both acceptances and decline. (generally)

I'm relieved to read we are not the only anxious parents. 22 days to go...if you're counting. Good luck, everyone!

The best of luck to all! I toured/previewed about 8 schools (!) We only ended up applying to two as my daughter is doing well where she is and after all that visiting, are not sure we'll even move her. It definately reminded me of the whole college admissions process. I actually thought it was really interesting visiting all the schools and got a good "read" on them all. Most schools do a really good job conveying a good sense of who they are, and what student would be a good fit. I really felt each school was unique and feel lucky to live in a place where there are choices and families can find the right environment for their student and family.

Thanks all! Good luck to everyone. Good to know a standard envelope doesn't necessarily mean bad news.

I am wondering if 2nd tier privates give any incentives to academically gifted applicants like some colleges does. Any one?
