My wife and I just bought a house in Little Elm and I've been researching internet and cable or satelite options to have setup before we move in (I work from home) but have found that some providers do not provide service in the 75068 zip code that we will be living in. Who do people use out there and does anything work better than another in your experience? Thanks.

Congrats on your new home. If Verizon is available in your area, they should be at the top of your list!!! Good price and great service.

My ex-wife lives in Little Elm. I'll ring her up on Wednesday and get the information on who they use.

Nsumner is correct about FIOS though. If it's available, jump all over it.

You can go wrong with FIOS. If AT&T services the area ask if they provide U-Verse. My brother has it and he loves it. Plus its cheaper than FIOS and you get more channels.

Alright, I just got off the phone with the ex, they can't get FIOS or AT&T Universe in 75068. They use AT&T for their internet service, and she suggests going with Dish Network (they switched to DirectTV for NFL Sunday Ticket, and they are switching back when the contract expires).

I am moving to Little Elm within the next two weeks and am looking for a reply from someone who has moved there recently and what cable and internet service they use and if they are happy with service.

I live in 75068. Where in LE are you moving? We are off 380 in Paloma Creek. We use ATT Uverse.

I also live in the area and use Suddenlink. Cable and hi-speed internet are both good.

We use Suddenlink for internet. Other than random 1-3 hour outages during the day, sometimes slooow download speed (work from home and log in remotely to work computer) in later evenings (but regular internet playing seems fine, like Facebook and such) I don't have much bad things to say about Suddenlink. Customer service is sometimes fast for checking problems, sometimes might take 4-7 days to get someone here. just depends on how busy they are.

For tv, we have DirecTV and have since 2003. Heavy thunderstorms disrupt. Snow (rare) as well. Can't complain about it either.

I have a friend who is having issues with AT&T at her house right now and they can't seem to figure out the problem. no internet, no phone, no tv for her until it gets fixed. Been a couple of days.

We are moving to Little Elm Proper not Plaloma Creek, which is off of US 380, all the large companies service up there but not in Little Elm Proper. Besides ATT at 1.5MBPS or Huges Net at 6MBPS is there ANYONE who lives IN Little Elm Proper, south of Eldorado BVD? HELP!!!
