Very good points, I agree. However my opinion (opinion...) is Allen/Frisco/Plano will be primary target housing/ISD areas for Toyota workers.

Why did you post that here...are you hoping some of them will get lucky and get burned out and get a fat check from their insurance company instead of having to sell at a loss?

My thoughts and prayers are with them, but not because I care about their personal finances. I just don't think anyone should have to endure the nightmare of seeing your entire life go up in flames.

Whats that have to do with anything? Rancho Cucamonga and Torrance are not even remotely close to one another. You're attempt at trying to make a point just made you look like an uninformed a$$.

Highly unlikely. In fact, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa, Redondo and parts of Torrance have reached all-time highs over the peak in 2006/2007.

I dont get what hes saying either. Torrance and the South Bay are terrible places to live because...wildfires? Thats like saying Dallas is terrible because of tornadoes.

I grew up in Torrance and was NEVER affected by any wildfire. They were always in the IE or up in the hills. Torrance is by the Beach.

Also the DFW area gets wildfires too. Remember the fires the past few years that have burned around Possum Kingdom Lake?
