Christie Estates in Frisco (Eldorado: HOA, homes, neighborhoods)

Hello

Please share your opinions on christie estates(Christie Ranch) in Frisco by First Texas Homes.
We are looking for a new construction home in the low 400s and this is the only community that fits most of our needs.
Anyone have experience with the builder? Any new development planned in the area?
Is it close to most of the amenities like shopping, restaurants and parks?

I am very familiar with the builder and this community. Nice one, small lots so they are not offering some of their larger plans. The neighborhood just like many other neighborhoods have had a significant price increase in the last fwe months.
The yearly HOA is $430 and covers the common areas only. There is no community pool here.

It's very convenient to the tollway and just down on Teal you are at Eldorado where it's close to shopping, a few dining areas.

FT is able to keep their prices in a lower range because they don't have much overhead. The owner of the company personally reviews and signs every contract.

They are running behind on all the construction right now (most builders are) because of shortage of labor.
