I want to buy a new home in Flower Mound. My budget is 600K.
I start looking homes from Toll Brothers. Are there other companies building homes right now?
My kids are older so I don't need good schools close to my new place.
I will appreciate any advice. Thanks.

American Legend / Darling Homes / Normandy are all building new contruction homes in the Lakeside Community in Flower Mound - I would look into these builders and this community. Let me know if you have any specific questions about these builders in this area.

What others mentioned. Though, if you don't need the schools, you might consider other areas where you could get more home for your money, unless commute is an issue. You could get more in Lantana or some of the other areas south of Denton. It's gorgeous up there too.
