Hello everyone.

I wanna give you few updates. So far, I've got a local realtor who is making the difference. I have to decide among two good apartments and would be great hear some comments from you.

The first option is the Mansions of Prosper. Its a 03 bedroom town-home apartment with good elementary school just 0.38 miles away (R Steve Folsom Elementary School - ranking 10). The apartment has a great sizing, about 1,537 sqft of living area plus a attached two car garage. Rent cost is bit overpriced but the community is amazing and the apartment is very large. They are asking $2,069.00 mo.

The second option is the Regency at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney. Its also a 03 bedroom town-home of 1,586 sqft with the same floor plan and the same attached two car garage. The elementary school there is Dean and Mildred Bennet (ranking 9) just 0.88 miles away. They are asking for $1,775.00 monthly for this apartment.

Both Prosper and McKinney seems to be such nice place to start our new life and raise a family.

What do you think guys?

Thank you again.

Go with Regency. You're in a great part of McKinney, with easy access to 121 and US75 and all the shops/restaurants along the 121 corridor. Plus, you're saving an extra $300 a month for the same floor plan and garage? That's a no brainer to me.
