Thanks for the heads up. Maybe a good thing I only go early in the morning. Like right when they open when I get off work. A few months ago in early March around 9pm everyone in the store was standing outside. A couple of guys tried to steal some Flatscreens going out the back door and set the fire alarm off. No one could go in the store for the rest of the night because hell they were closing soon so I headed somewhere else.

Grew up in the NE, lived in Florida for 10 years and now in Atlanta, I can definitely agree on Publix. Nothing beats a Pub sub.

I have experienced HEB in Austin and thought it was really great and on par with Publix. Glad to hear that Central Market is so good.

I have been to Kroger here and there only when there was nothing else around, but don't think it's anywhere close to Publix or HEB. I would easily say they are the two best grocery stores I've experienced.

Nice to know. I guess someday HEB will be in Dallas.
