I am currently interesting in some areas to stay for a male young professional in mid twenties. I am currently interested in a company off Miller Ave in Fort Worth. Budget around 700 to 800 for rent. I heard near uptown is great place for young professionals. I was thinking maybe I could stay somewhat in the middle of uptown and Fort Worth to have descent commute both ways.

No, just no. It's not worth the commute. You should look in the West 7th Street area in Fort Worth. It's basically the "uptown" of Fort Worth, filled with lots of young professionals and fun things to do. Fort Worth is an awesome place to live so embrace that! You can always go to Dallas a few times a year for games or other special events, but FW will keep you busy enough!

In between Uptown and Fort Worth is not where you want to be; that's an industrial dead zone! You really need to look into West 7th in Fort Worth. It's a great area, and there are a lot of other young professionals like yourself who live and play there. (I work nearby and I was just over there for lunch today!)

If you want to go from downtown Fort Worth to Dallas without driving, the TRE train is great, but the trip takes an hour each way.
