I am buying a new construction home (2 stories about 3800 sq ft) in Frisco, and wanted to shop for home insurance rates. Wondering if you have suggestions on how to shop or possible companies?

I started doing quotes online but it was so time intensive and really difficult to compare coverages. Ultimately I used a broker and found much better rates through them than anything I found online. They saved us $$$ for better coverage than what the well-known companies were offering. The Schwab Agency in Colleyville. Excellent service and were great about answering all of my (many) questions.
