We are relocating to Plano around June 20th. We want to rent a house in Plano first then will plan to buy after a year. Anyone know a good real estate agent for recommendation. Any advice would be much appreciate it.

Thank you

Remember you cannot post a realtor's name. You can send a DM to the OP.

Good luck. We've had our fair share and all just sign you up for the MLS generated emails. Make it known you're serious and want someone to work with you and not just sign you up and make you look on our own.

That's because leasing pays very little, is difficult to find and can waste a lot of a RE Agents time.

In this HOT sales market few agents can afford to waste a lot of time helping a renter.

Check pit ebby.com. We found a wonderful realtor that matches us with a house.

Regardless, that is their job and if they don't want to do that then fine. Anyone can be an agent. They're a dime a dozen these days. If their time us so precious that they can't be bothered with a waste of time lease/rent and lose a potential client when they're ready to by then they're just in it for the commission, not because they care about their job.
