On Forest Lane, an ‘ugly’ skirmish over a wall covered in a groovy mural that dates back decades | Dallas Morning News

They can't paint over it. They just can't. Can't!

Would it be considered passé to railroad the guy out of town?

I found all the articles. Guy just doesn't get it. Nobody, except him, is offended by that mural. We all get it, he doesn't.

Yeah...he's entitled to his opinion, but what baffles me is that he bought a house next to that wall WITH the mural in place (as it has been for 40-odd years). If he hated it that much, why did he buy a house right NEXT to it? You can't buy a house next to the airport then complain about airplane noise!!!!!!

He sounds a little unhinged from the things I've read today. You're right, of course. It makes no sense. I also don't get why he's throwing a fit since this wall isn't his back wall/fence. There's an alley between his fence and the wall.

EXACTLY.

I think he's nuts.

I hope he becomes a pariah and moves to Frisco where HOA dictators belong.

I'll even help him pack.
