Well we just, and by just I mean this week, sold our house in Mckinney. We had already moved, so everthing was cleared out. But we did stage some towels on the racks, flowers on shelves, and we left a lot of wall flowers. The ladies will know what I'm talking about. We paid $135 and sold for $150, so your price isn't outrageous. Good luck. Oh, we were on the market for about 2 months.

Great to hear the good news jenlion. Glad it went so well and so fast. That really helps take a LOT of pressure off and you can sleep at night knowing it sold and not worrying about showings all the time and if and when an offer might come. GOOD JOB!!!!

Oh, as for the price....... you never know. If you would have listed it for over $150 and the buyers that looked at had a cut off of $150K they may have never have even looked at it or known how much it was. And you don't know how many serious buyers that are ready to put a contract on a house for over $150K in your area were looking last week. To get four showings that fast you did the right thing and it makes your life easier.

Good luck w/ the move
