I am wondering what are the most urban areas in DFW metro .. that have high population density and are walkable even in nights some one can go to stores without a car

Not many, and the few areas that are walkable are in high demand.

Oak Lawn
Population: 57,799
Density: 7,758 people per square mile

Walk score: 76. Oak Lawn is the 5th most walkable neighborhood in Dallas

Downtown
Population: 12,855
Density: 3,571 people per square mile
