You have also to know that CBE is also not available in all subjects during the summer. Starting this year , Texas education Agency does not allow CBE for all EOC subjects during the summer. Those need to be passed at the time when the STAR exam is given. PISD and other districts are trying to change the rules without success so far.

the point of CBE isnt to learn. It's to skip the class that you can master already and get to a higher level.

you dont learn a whole lot in eschool either. took physics eschool back in the day so that i didnt have to take honors physics and avoided bringing down my gpa. allowed me to take ap physics instead. went the eschool route instead of CBE because there was no way I could pass CBE since I knew nothing about physics

Also, that's not what I said. The grade DOES appear on your transcript - and a 75 in a Regulars Geometry class would look really, really bad, GPA impact or not.

One can CBE honors geometry? That's not an option in eschool/summer school?
