Its been more than a month that we moved to a new community and still we dont have the Internet Service. ATT is the only service provider here. The fiber optics have already been laid and still I dont understand what is the delay in providing the service. We have been trying to reach out to various people in ATT for information relating to the internet service, which went in vain. Would any one know the right person or department to reach out to ATT - may be a top level person who would be able to help resolve this issue. More than 10 families moved in to this community. We have also tried to reach the Frisco City Department requesting their help in this matter too.

I have a direct dial # to a US based call center. It's at home though so I'll be back later tonight for you.

AT&T is plagued with internal issues, they had AT&T in mind when they said the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Our account was accidentally closed through not fault of our own and we spent over a month trying to get it reconnected. We talked with a dozen different agents and supervisors with zero luck. They kept putting us down for a new reinstall date but no one would show up. It's been hell. After about 5 weeks, an install guy showed up unexpectedly and reconnected our phone and internet but he didn't know anything about our cable TV boxes. Since it wasn't on the work order, he couldn't do anything about it. We had to call and set up an install for them. Oh well, it's nice to have phone and internet again..even if it's only 6 mbs. I tried asking for high speed internet but he couldn't get anyone upgrade it. We have other options in our area but ATT, when they feel like connecting you runs circles around the competition.
