We are planning to move in the summer to Frisco. Really like the richwood area. We would like a bigger lot especially the backyard if possible. We are leaning towards Newcastle homes or Toll brothers. Any idea which builders are better? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I personally prefer New Castle Homes over Toll Brothers at Richwoods. Their homes are very unique and really bring out a custom look and feel. Their floor plans are more functional IMHO. You can tell what a Toll Brothers home is because all of their houses look the same, being cookie-cutter like. One thing about Toll Brother homes are they are huge and massive! They really know how to maximize space in their designs. Their homes also look a lot flashier, but this is Frisco, Texas :-).

I heard Richwoods Country is on its last phase and only have few lots left. Does anyone know if more houses are going to be built after Richwoods Country or is it going to be it. Thanks.
