That is one of the very reasons I never recommend them. It create a conflict of interest.

As far as Nations, RUN... I recommended them and used them myself a long time ago when they were good, but something changed in the company and they don't care about the consumer at all anymore.

Thanks for the info. I had been using One Guard with a lot of success and just started recently adding Nations as a referral. Think I'll maybe stick with OG.

Who is your top 2-3 ?

I have been using old republic the last 2 years and so far I haven't had any complaints. About a year after I purchased my house my hot water tank started leaking. I put a work order in online and the next day a guy was sent out to put a new tank in and haul the old one away.

About 2 months ago my A/C started blowing fuses and come to find out my ac thermostat had a shortage. They replaced my old one with a new digital one. Only thing I had to pay was the service fee.
