I live in plano but am looking at houses in highlands of mckamy which is plano schools and dallas address. I actually lived in that area 30 years ago when single. Now I have kids who are in the schools served by the neighborhood. What are some of the considerations now? The homes are late 1980's build. Don't know the builders or the quality. Also anyone know about the HOA? I currently live in one of the few voluntary HOA neighborhoods and love that aspect. Can I still belong to Plano rec centers?
