Villas of preston creek and all apartments near that hve a lot of Indians. Plano and Frisco have huge indian communities so you are sure to find atleast a few in the apartment you are looking for.

Skaggs Elementary and Rice Middle school are also ridiculously full of Indians. Skaggs is over 70% Asian and most of that is Indian.
You'll have a harder time finding apartments that are NOT full of Indians in this area than ones that are.
