Due to our commute to work, we are planning to take the plunge and move closer to downtown. We are interested in the Arpeggio apartments on Victory and Olive.

The apartments itself is nice and seems very new. My question is regards to the noise level. The TRE train is right behind it, and there seems to be heavy constructions all around. Is it tolerable?

What about the area itself? Is it in a 'good' area? (i,e safe, etc etc).

Want to get some thoughts on the apartment or that street area from you guys

I can't speak for the noise level because I don't live there, but the area is very nice. Good location for anyone planning on using DART or the TRE. They're also priced really well for how new they are, and the great location. Another great nearby amenity is the Katy Trail.
