I have been looking for houses online at Lawler Park crossings and like it, but not the lot sizes. Does Prosper have bigger lots? How are the schools compared to Frisco? How far is it from Mckinney since that is where my husband would be working. We would like a safe neighborhood and good schools. Thank you in advance.

Prosper has lots ranging in size from .2 to 1+ acres. Your budget determines how much house and land you'll get.

Can we stop comparing schools to Frisco?

They must have a hella campaign going in the new home market.

Yes, Prosper has much bigger lot sizes overall, though you have to have a pretty good budget to get in the door.

I would put Prosper and Frisco in the same ballpark school-wise, along with Mckinney and Allen (though maybe Allen slightly higher than the other three).

Where in Mckinney will your hubby be working? Depending on location, Prosper may actually be closer than Lawler Park.

There are many normal size lots (small) in Prosper. The value of land is just as high as Frisco.

So as mentioned above...... How much money you got ?

Prosper has been growing exponentially in the last few years so you may have to look a bit further out to find what you are looking for. Early developments have larger lots but the newer ones are all going for higher density.

FYI....The minimum lot size in Prosper is a quarter acre, roughly 10,500.

The Artesia community (annexed) and patio homes would be the exception...

Frisco and Prosper schools are better than Allen and McKinney. Plano schools are best in this group. Lovejoy schools are good too.
