Hello all,

We had an event scheduled on the February 28th, last Saturday at a high school for a non-profit organization's tournament. There were 259 teams of children anywhere from 4-7 per team. The event was cancelled because of the weather. This was a regional tournament and the state tournament is scheduled for April 11th, so the last day we can conduct the regional is March 21st. Next two weekends are spring break, so those two Saturdays have been ruled out, as it would cause lot of inconvenience for the teams and parents. Just now the school came back and announced the earliest they can move the date is March 28th. I am travelling and have exhaustively inquired all the isds around without any fruitful result. We had planned for approximately 60 class rooms, all day, 8 am until 4 pm. Then from 4:30 pm until 9:00 pm for the award ceremony at the gym. If you all remember, while back I was looking for a facility to host the award ceremony. Then we tweaked the schedule to have 4 ceremonies throughout the day and worked it out. Everything was set, but mother nature thought other wise. Any suggestions to find a place would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Have you checked with any of the larger churches in town - especially the ones with a private school or preschool? Prestonwood is the one I am thinking about.
