My a/c blower motor not turning, I replace the capasitor same specs. and when I turn the A/c it just looks like the motor it's stuck , mybe the electronic board? I already check volts, thermostat but still sound like want to turn and work but looks stuck and buzzing , any help will be appreciated

If you have voltage to the motor, then the windings in your motor are making that buzzing sound. Replace the motor. Capacitors rarely go out.

I remove the motor and bingo! I can see in the wiring black burned copper wires in the windings I conect the motor it self ( it's 115 volts ) and I have to help it to turn with a screwdriver after I unplug it it will not turn and started buzzing again order a new one same specs. Thanks for your help hornRaider the motor was overheated because the bad capasitor before replace the new one ...
