I can hear HOA's pool pump noise inside of my bed room. It waked me up several times and I had hard time to go back sleep. Complained to the HOA several time but they told me that they will check the pump but the pump is good. What should I do?

Landscape to muffle the noise. Get a white noise machine. Turn on your ceiling fan.

Get a decimal reading and compare it to the night time noise ordinance. You can then take it to the city and be made to reduce the noise. I lived behind a gas plant that became noisy after we had lived there about a year. It took several months to get them to do anything about it, but we pushed and pushed. It was above the night time noise ordinance level so they were forced to find a way to lower the sounds.

Yes, this should be in the winter. Summer they usually switch to running at daytime hours.

Call the HOA about changing the hours.

Get a white noise machine. Pumps are loud.

Pump is probably pumping but bearings are most likely worn out. Convincing someone of this is most likely a waste of time. Simple sleep aids: earplugs (I use HEROs from Walgreens) and listen to distracting input from a tablet (sound generator or audio book, etc..) -- use earbuds... Sorry to hear about that noise -- I can't sleep either with these noises. My own pool pump was waking me up until I serviced it...
