I believe she is considering doing so with another mom looking to move here whose daughter is in Hockaday next year but will confirm for you then put you two in contact.

If you don't mind me asking. What was the price range your home search fell into? I'll be in a very similar situation in a month or two in the 350-450k range and I'm worried!

I second looking at the 75244 zip code. We made the move from Lake Highlands to Schreiber Manor (just north of Hockaday) when our kid started private school and haven't regretted it a bit. Pickup and dropoff is one thing, but the practices/games/forgotten project/volunteering/etc. is what makes a long commute difficult.

Congrats on Hockaday!

We bought a house in Willow Bend. It's not our dream house but we don't plan on living there forever. It is about 1200 sq ft smaller than the house we just sold so we have to get rid of so much furniture.

We don't have a lot of extra space in the backyard but would like to do some sort of small outdoor living/kitchen. Any suggestions of companies to contact?
The brother of my plumber friend does outdoor living spaces - I'll forward his number to you tomorrow.
