I don't understand the appeal of cookie cutter suburban communities. They look bland and boring, but that's just my opinion.

I don't understand the appeal of over priced little boxes in the city. My west Plano neighborhood is anything but cookie cutter. At our age we spend more time home than out and about so a smaller box in the city has zero appeal to,me.
