Both Darling and American Legends are building new homes in Hunter's Glenn, new community coming up in Flower Mound (Firewheel and Cross timbers). We are trying to decide which builder to choose from?

Could you share your views or experiences about these 2 builders?

Any one planning to buy new homes at Hunter's Glenn in Flower Mound?

Thanks!

Have they started presales?
On Darling site they show up as coming soon.

Both are great builders.
Go with the best floor plans and value.
Be sure to understand and compare whats included in base price.

No problem.

These 2 builders are down the street at Lakeside too.
I think Darling is out of larger lots and now has only zero lots.
AL still has some lots and you may want to compare Hunters Glen lots to these.

As aggierk mentioned I would go with whichever builder fits your desired floorplan at the price point you are comfortable with. Both builders have a great reputation and build solid homes.

From personal experience - building with AL (Lakeside) was a great experience and have had no complaints.

Expect the price point to be higher than Lakeside since I believe the lots are around 10k sq ft - which is similar to the Toll Brothers product in Creekside and Preserve. I would think the prices will be 525k - 540k+ starting.

Both are great builders. I think it comes down to plan preference and pricing.

I agree - if you are considering this price range, you may as well look into AL at lakeside.
May be smaller lots but lakeside is good choice. My friend picked lakeside after looking everywhere (Coppell, Keller, etc).

I looked at lot map for this - some are showing sold while there is no pricing on website.
Is this some sort of presale for VIP?
