I thought this was sortof funny because the lists are totally different.

6. The Nine, Jeffrey Tobin
7. Quiet Strength, Tony Dungy
8. Clapton, Eric Clapton
9. Free Lunch, David Cay Johnson
10. Rescuing Sprite, Mark Levin

And in West Plano, here's the best selling non-fiction books:
1. Become a Better You, Joel Osteen
2. Jeffry Gitomer's Little Red Book of Selling
3. The Go-Giver, Bob Burg and John David Mann
4. You: Staying Young, Michael Roizen and Mehmet Oz
5. Same Kind of Different as Me, Ron Hall and Denver Moore
6. The Richest Man Who Ever Lived, Steven Scott
7. The 12 Second Sequence, Jorge Cruise

I nominate this for Post of Year, even though it's still only January.

How'd they come up with this list? Calculate book sales from all the bookstores in 75093? What is that, one Barne's and Noble's, a Borders, Super Target, and Wal-Mart?

funny nonetheless.

you can tell a lot about a person from the books he or she reads--why do you think the FBI and CIA want to investigate people's library check-out history...

pretty much says it all about the focus of people in that area---
but if they were checking for Southlake or Westover Hills or Frisco or Highland Park they might find out very similar info --except Highland Park probably has enough people over 50 buying books to scue the list results...
