$500/sq ft seems a bit steep for the area, but then again, it's a hot market. Still, at that price point, I would think the actual selling price will probably end up hundreds of thousands to even a million less than asking.

It is high for CoCo even for 75093 but when you have multi acre lot in prime area and wealthy senators and filthy rich businessman on your street then spending $$$$$$/sqft makes complete sense. Even lots are worth millions.

That place proves that money can't buy taste.

I'll never understand why people build these houses in the fake-eurotrash style. No one's going to think it's historical in the least. Why not go modern?

Exactly. Taste is subjective. Wealthy build homes for themselves, unlike cookie cutter buyers like us who build for next buyer.
