First time buyer with a budget of about 350K -

I was considering buying a new house in East Fort worth in Lakes of River trails community. The community's phase 13 is now open for construction and they have 3 builders - David Weekley, Dunhill homes and Trinity custom homes.

I know David Weekley build good homes, and they are in my price range. However, I observed that the homes built by Trinity custom homes looked beautiful. However, I didn't find any online reviews regarding their build quality and feedback on their customization. If anyone has any experience of building a home with them or else if anyone knows a friend who has built with them, please put in your thoughts.
