Hi, I am new to Dallas Area and was in the market to buy a new home. I looked at some houses in Frisco and Little Elm areas and kind of liked a new house in Grayhawk community.

Whichever builder you are going with, make sure you hire an inspector to do a staged inspection, and make sure the builder is ok with it(if he/she is not, then its a red flag, time to get out)

You may want to check out Impression Homes in Belmont Woods. It's right around the corner from there and in Frisco ISD. Located right off Panther Creek Parkway, between Hillcrest and Preston. Prices start at 319K for new homes.
