NO! That is a really bad neighborhood. It's one of the top 5 crime hotspots in Dallas. There have been at least 3 drive-by shootings there in the past 6 months. Run far away!!


You really can't beat the Village for price + location. Another option would be the apartments right by Medical City (south of 635, West of 75/hospital) but I think they will be more expensive.

This is a great location, especially near Addison. It's the most happening place next to Arlington. Any location near Addison is a good choice. Whether it be choosing Richardson ( East of Addison) or Carrollton.
