Hello
We are looking for communities in Frisco which are building new houses in the 4500-5500sq Ft range. Please provide inputs.

We are also looking for a good experienced realtor who has sold homes valued at 600k++ in the Frisco area.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

John

Mod note: Real Estate Agents and other businesses will not advertise their services nor solicit business in their posts or DM's. If you aren't a realtor or in anyway associated with one, then feel free to send a recommendation via DM to the OP.

DO NOT post specific realtor, broker, or mortgage recommendations on the forum ever.

Also, this forum is not the place for consumer complaints on builders/developers.

You may also consider SW McKinney (Barcelona, Stone Hollow, Craig Ranch, etc.) if you're looking at east Frisco. Newman Village is nice as well w builders like Darling, but the location isn't necessarily idea. Otherwise, there's your usual mega communities like PCR and Richwoods.

It's sometimes easier to narrow down to 3-5 builders which have the sq ft and floor plans that you like, then see where they're building those plan(s) in your price range.
