First time ever having gas utilities (not much need nor availability in Southern Florida!)

Our gas bill is from 8/15/15-9/8/15.
Says we used 11CCFs.
Two adults, two young kids.

Clearly we aren't running the furnaces.
But with cooking and two water heaters to heat. Is that about normal usage?

I'm sure I'll revisit again when the cold weather hits and I'm heating the house.

The usage doesn't sound out of the norm. You'll see the usage jump up considerably once the furnaces turn on to heat the home.

Not at all. We're 2 adults and 2 toddlers in a 1200sqft house. We have gas for our stove top and one water heater. The lowest we've had is 14CCFs.

That's exactly how much I used from 7/20-8/19. Two adults and one kid here. We have a gas cooktop and 2 water heaters (plus 2 furnaces). We also have a gas line for our grill and we used it at least once a week at the time.
