Anybody have recommendations for new construction in Colleyville? Specifically that feeds into Colleyville Heritage HS.

Find a good RE agent that knows the area and have them run you a list. What is your price range ?

Any particular reason for the emphasis on CHHS? Because frankly there's almost no difference academically between there and GHS. They're both excellent schools. GHS is located near the Mustang Drive apartments so one might get a negative impression, but where it counts GHS and CHHS put up almost the same results.

New construction in the GHS feeder zone will have to be a tear-down or a flip.

New construction in CHHS is a little more common. But there still isn't a whole lot of it.

There are about 7 builders right now building in communities zoned to Heritage HS from the mid 300s to over a million. What is your price range.

There are new construction homes in Colleyville that feed into Heritage High starting in the mid 300s? Where? I didn't know that there were any new home builders in GCISD that had homes starting in the mid 300s, but I would be really surprised if any new construction, mid 300k, Heritage attending home were in Colleyville proper.
