There's not much difference in GHS and CHHS. There is a bit more socioeconomic diversity at GHS, but that will increase at CHHS too with the apartments. And there are many Colleyville homes zoned to GHS and vice versa. There's really not compelling reasons to choose one school over the other. The main reason for transfers as I understand it (I live in Colleyville) is to keep peer groups together. We have a weird feeder that splits kids. It will probably change to a "pure feeder" at some point, but the talks were met with BIG resistance from residents last year. We'll see.
