I'm looking for suggestions as to the best place to find slightly damaged or overstocked appliances (refrigerators, W&D) like an appliance outlet?

Only restrictions: Need to be new and the store has to deliver.

Thanks.

There are several Sears Outlet stores in the Dallas area that carry appliances and furniture... here are some although there may be more... also, you'll need to check with each to see if they deliver...

Sears Surplus Store, 1617 Kings Rd Garland TX 75042 972-864-2587

North Texas Appliance in Rockwall out on I-30. LOVE THAT PLACE! They have new and their "chip and dent" store. They deliver and will haul off the old if you want them too. VERY knowledgable people and accomodating.

I've got to call them this week to get a fridge - WOO-HOO!!!

I've bought several refrigerators from the Sears Outlets over the years, and I've always been very pleased. They do deliver for a small fee.

Don't know if it's still there, but here's another vote for a Sears outlet. Got our scartch & dent awesome fridge on Josie and Beltline a few years ago.

The RE Store in East McKinney has lots of appliances and construction supplies.....new and used. It's connected with Habitat for Humanity for all funds go to charity.

Rodenbaugh's in Allen has an outlet area, but usually I find much MUCH better deals at Sears Outlet. One of my friends owns 30 rental homes and says try Sears Outlets, as well as Home Depot and Lowe's floor models as he gets a lot of things there too (but you have to hunt there at times, i.e., you might want a washer but that doesn't mean they will have one).
