Terminex is the big dog here. Look up HomeTeam as well and Orkin.

If you are looking for someone local and reliable, go with "Precision Pest Management".

Lots of neighbors in our community uses them. They do use organic material insides the outside safe for kids and pets and non-organic material outside the house. Their price is also very reasonable and definitely lower than BIG names.

They're also by far the most annoying company with their door to door sales. I have turned them away at least 5 times in the last few months. But they keep coming back knocking at my door, trying all kinds of shady sales tactics.

We're currently with metroguard.com - way more professional than Precision Pest. While we're happy with Metro Guard, we're considering switching to Home Team because our house has Taexx system pre-installed.

The giant roaches will respond quite nicely to the "fumigating fogger". You can buy these at the hardware store. If you have a crawl space, you can put the fogger down there, just be sure to close up all the foundation vents. Leave the house for 4-6 hours, and then when you come back, re-open the foundation vents and all the doors and windows to ventilate well.

Most of your exterminators are going to be more focused on termites.

Termites are a real problem for house damage. The giant roaches are just a nuisance (but a really disgusting one).

We have had roach problems in our home and have experienceda lot of that is manifested by active leaks or water accumulation under foundation(pier and beam). I would ensure you guys dont have any of that and if you do ensure to fix it first. We had a leak which was attracting roaches and the first time we did pest control(they used some powder) we saw atleast 200 of them come out. We use Certified Termite and Pest Control (Certified Termite and Pest Control) who are highly rated on angieslist and have been very professional and reasonable.
